Contractors joining our lead program need to prepay $200.00 in their account. Each lead contractor accepts the cost of the lead deducted from your prepaid balance. If you decide to end your account, a refund of the balance funds left on account is refund to you. Payments are accepted though your online account area and include your choice of Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Existing contractors must maintain funds in their account to accept leads. You may add funds to your account through your FixSor account area. If a contractor’s balance reaches zero without replenishment, contractor’s ability to accept leads will come to a halt. Visa, MasterCard and American Express are accepted to load your account.

What happens if I received a bad lead from FixSor?
You will be given a full refund in the rare case that we ever send you a bad lead guaranteeing quality leads 100% of the time.
Refund - all you would need to do is log into your account center and submit the lead for credit. We have made petitioning for a bad lead as easy as possible. Allow up to 5 days for review and refund. You will be 100% refunded for every bad lead sent to you by our system.
